To avoid straining your stomach it is best to have a light meal before visiting the spa. A soup or a smoothie provides the necessary saturation. We recommend you to arrive a couple of minutes before the scheduled appointment in order to allow yourself to settle and to exchange your expectation with your therapist (at least 15 minutes).
The better the therapist knows your needs and expectations the better he can respond to them. Whether it is the light, the room temperature or the treatment mention your wishes to your therapist.
In order to prolong the effects of your treatment it is recommended to also use the appropriate products for your skin at home. Exchange directly with your therapist and take advantage of the professional advice.
Make sure you enjoy some soothing moments at home before your next visit to the Spa. It is easy with the right products; Treat yourself with a mild body and facial peel followed by a rich facial mask. For the perfect spa moment take a hot bath or relax with an exciting book on a fluffy sofa while the mask is working. Do not forget scented candles and switch off your mobile phone!
If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up we will have to charge 100% of the treatment fee. In the event of any delay, there will be no reduction in cost or extension of services previously booked.
Please switch off your mobile phones during your stay at the spa and refrain from using cameras. All areas in the Beauty Spa are non-smoking.
